Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping of the order from BKS MyGold Private Limited is very safe, secure and hassle free. All our products are insured during the in transit by insurance company. We are really excited to offer shipping throughout India. The product prices displayed on the Application are exclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the government at the time of ordering.

Shipment Tracking

Every package of product purchased from BKS MyGold Private Limited will reach to your doorstep in a durable condition and in a tamper-proof packing. Our courier partners areSequel Global Precious Logistics. We will dispatch through any of these courier partners depending upon their serviceability in the shipping address. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a tracking id.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays or in case of FORCE MAJEURE (pls refer to Terms and conditions).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All deliveries, where applicable, can be tracked through Sequel Global Precious Logistics tracking services.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Location

Orders can be delivered only to Consignee / Recipient's Residential or Work Location and cannot be done at any public places.

If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try to make 2 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable / available, the same will be returned to our warehouse.

Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of Courier Company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non-delivery of product. BKS MyGold Private Limited holds the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised policy shall be posted on this website.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

BKS MyGold Private Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Payment Method

You can pay via credit/debit cards or any other payment method listed on our Application using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included.

Delivery to Identified Person

Customer needs to enter the correct details of Consignee / Recipient Name (as stated in their photo identification issued by the Government of India) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle free delivery. As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the below mentioned identity proofs to collect the product:

• Passport
• PAN Card
• Driver's License
• Voters ID

We make sure that delivery is made with the help of courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient's identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing with original copies of identity proof for identification.
